The hall entrance leads down a few steps to the open plan living area. There is a large U-shaped sofa with integral chaise lounge around a coffee table. The smart TV has Netflix and a fire stick is available for guests use.

The modern and sleek kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, built in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, gas hob with pull out extractor fan, coffee machine, juicer, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle and water cooler. The washing machine is discreetly hidden in the cupboards under the stairs.

The dining table is within the kitchen and seats 8 guests comfortably with sliding doors to access the pool terrace. There are also two armchairs with a side table under the staircase.

On the other side of the entrance hall is the first of four double bedrooms with en suite shower and direct access out onto the pool terrace.

A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.

This floor has three double bedrooms and the first is opposite the open wooden staircase. There is an ensuite shower room and private balcony with two chairs and a small table to enjoy the sea views. This room has a wall mounted TV as well.

The master bedroom has an armchair and small table within the room with a separate shower and wc through glass opaque doors. The private balcony has potted plants with two chairs and a small table to take in the panoramic views.

To access the last double bedroom you cross a mezzanine level with a spectacular chandelier. There is also an armchair and small table - the perfect space to relax and perhaps read a book.

The double bedroom has an ensuite shower room and private balcony with a swing chair and potted plants.

The large gym includes a professional treadmill, a 27-station cable weights machine, a heavy punching bag, a designated yoga practice area, and large wall mirrors throughout. A large-screen television is installed for entertainment during training.

The gym opens onto a private balcony with an outdoor table and chairs, offering uninterrupted sea views.

The stunning infinity pool has an integral jacuzzi and two shallow sections with stepping stones. There are 8 sun loungers spaced around the pool with parasols.

At the side of the villa is a covered area with a dining table that seats 8.

There is also an outside shower with a mosaic wall. Under a pagoda at the front of the terrace is a comfortable seating area and there are two swing chairs as well.

Access to the villa is from street level with a large covered garage big enough for two cars. There are also two small side gardens as you climb the stairs to the pool terrace - the fencing on the street level garden has been raised so tortoises can enjoy the garden as well!
