The living room has two sofas and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table with a smart TV and a bluetooth music system is available within the villa as well as outside.

There is also a separate WC on this floor for guests’ use.

At the bottom of the stairs is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an ironing board and iron for guests use.

In the middle of the room is a pool table and off this is a cinema room as well as a hamam with a sauna as well.

A couple of steps lead down to the indoor swimming pool with four sun loungers.

On the large shared balcony is a jacuzzi bath, as well as wooden chairs with cushions and a swing seat to relax and take in the sea views.

There are 8 sun loungers spaced around the infinity pool which has an integral jacuzzi section as well with a water feature.

Under the veranda is a comfortable seating area with a coffee table. There is also a dinning table that seats 8 guests with a portable BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.

There is also a double swing seat by the pool for guests to relax and take in the views.
