Spiral stairs lead to the open plan living space on this level with a large L-shaped sofa with cushions set around a coffee table, together with a flat screen TV. Apple TV is provided so guests can access their Netflix account as well as a Bluetooth speaker for music.

In addition, there is a large three-seater sofa with coffee table from which to take in the views across the large covered balcony with the garden beyond and sea and mountain vistas. There is also a small desk and chair for guests’ use as well.

The sleek fully fitted kitchen, incorporates a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in microwave and electric oven, gas hob, toaster and kettle. There is also a kitchen island with 3 bar stools.

The dining table seats 6 and sliding doors lead to the large covered balcony that has a dining table with 8 chairs plus a parasol. Along the balcony is another L-shaped sofa with coffee table and 'sea urchin' style tables to enable relaxation while admiring the scenery.

There is also a separate cloakroom on this floor for guests’ use and a separate utility room which houses a washing machine, sink and a large fridge freezer for drinks and ice. In the cupboards, are an ironing board and iron as well as a vacuum clearer that guests are welcome to use. The clothes airer even has its own balcony accessed via sliding doors off this room.

The stairs spiral down to the last two spacious bedrooms with sliding doors to access the pool terrace. There is also a separate shower room for guests to use on this level.

The bedroom to the left of the stairs is a double with super-king bed, wardrobes, dressing table with stool and en-suite bathroom (bath with integral shower). Sliding doors lead to the veranda which is furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.

The bedroom to the right is a twin room with wardrobes, dressing table with stool and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the veranda which is furnished with two sun loungers and a small coffee table.

There are also 4 comfortable armchairs spaced around a coffee table on the veranda from which to enjoy the garden before stepping down a couple of steps to the pool terrace.

The villa is accessed via an electric gated entrance and guests will be provided with a key-code so they can access these exclusive homes. Although the villa sits between other villas, the mature trees and surrounding gardens offer complete privacy.

When you come through the entrance door, you step into the mezzanine level and are met by a wall of glass providing spectacular views across to the famous Patara beach. There are two chairs and a coffee table with a double bedroom to the left and a twin bedroom to the right (which can be made into a double room on request), with stairs leading to the living area below.

The first bedroom to the left of the entrance door is a spacious double with a super-king bed, dressing area with built in wardrobes. The en-suite shower room has twin basins and a window through which to enjoy the views (an integral blind provides privacy when needed). Within the room is a dressing table with stool and stylish woven chair in which to relax. Sliding doors lead to the private covered balcony that has two chairs and a small coffee table from which to enjoy the stunning views.

As mentioned, the second bedroom to the right of the entrance door (a twin) can be made into a double on request. There are built in wardrobes, a dressing table with stool and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony furnished with two bean bag chairs and a 'sea urchin' styled coffee table.

The infinity pool has graduated steps the whole width of the pool and a ladder at the other end for access. There is also a swimming trainer facility for those who want to swim against a current. There are 8 sun loungers with 3 parasols and small tables surrounding the pool.

There is also a dining table that seats 8 together with a gas BBQ. A large angled parasol can provide shade when required.

There is also an outside shower and a table tennis table for those guests who feel energetic!

The surrounding gardens allow for sun and shade with a variety of fruit trees which guests are welcome to pick when in season.

Modern, spacious, well laid out villa and only a short drive / taxi to town.
What a great 2 weeks it has been here in our mountain retreat high above Kalkan at Villa Lavender, secluded away from the noise and hustle of town with the gentle mountain breeze blowing over the terrace. If you want privacy with a spacious villa to relax in, Villa Lavendar hits the mark. Modern, spacious, well laid out villa and only a short drive / taxi to town. Turgut & Ahmet are both at hand to assist with any issues and requests for taxis & restaurant bookings. The small family run restaurant Gursoy on the next road down is VERY good value for money and well worth a breakfast visit.

Stunning!
The view as you walk in to Villa Lavender, either day or night, is breathtaking - with the view down the mountain and the sea beyond - seen through the double height windows in this open plan, contemporary villa. Beautifully fitted out with high quality finishes and furnishing, it is also incredibly comfortable..comfortable beds, beautiful and plentiful bathrooms with good showers, a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher with good quality crockery, cutlery etc , large comfy sofas, fantastic and plentiful sun beds, seating and parasols outside, a beautiful infinity pool...just everything you need and more, all done to the highest quality. Cared for by an almost invisible team of locals who ensure the pool and gardens are tended before you rise each morning but are on hand at the end of a phone if you need anything during your stay. The local people are friendly, welcoming and whilst the local restaurants on the waterfront were keen for you to try them, this was never heavy handed as it can be elsewhere. The food was good and in some places excellent - Korsan Terrace (great fish) and Alternatif ( great steaks) - were particular favourites. Kalkan offers great shopping opportunities (jewellery, watches and bags especially) a large choice of great bars and restaurants and pretty little backstreets to explore. Some steep hills, cobbles and steps though - so wear flats! If you can bear to leave the villa for a day, we can highly recommend a sailing trip in a local gulet (look for Cpn Ramazan and his lovely boat the Eylul) sailing the coast in luxury and swimming in turquoise waters. Just heaven A beautiful and very comfortable villa in a lovely area. Highly recommended.

IDYLLIC!
I have just come back from a week in the Lavender villa - if a place can be better than perfect then this is the place :-) It is beautiful, roomy and a perfect place to stay with a family - the views are amazing and the facilities are beautifully decorated and perfect in every way. Miss this villa at your peril :-)

Stunning villa!
My second visit to this stunning villa and most definitely not my last. The villa is spacious, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The owners have really thought of everything. Can't really say home from home as it's better!! The villa offers total relaxation with Ahmet on hand to look after you if anything does go wrong. He will even bring you groceries to the villa. Its in the perfect location up in the mountains with the most stunning views yet also near to the beautiful town of Kalkan. The mountain restaurants will even come and pick you up and bring you back to the villa after their delicious trout dinners.
