Accommodation
Ground Floor
The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances including an American-style fridge with an integrated ice-cube maker, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob with an extractor fan, water cooler, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table that seats 8 comfortably.
The spacious living room has two sofas and a wall-mounted satellite TV + DVD player.
The double bedroom on this level has en-suite facilities. Glass doors lead out to the spacious pool terrace with breathtaking sea views.
First Floor
This floor has a double bedroom, with en-suite facilities. Glass doors lead to a private balcony with two chairs and a side table to enjoy the wonderful sea views.
Second Floor
This level has two double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities, with 5 steps going up between these two rooms. The lower bedroom features both a private little balcony as well as an additional terrace with comfortable seating and wonderful sea views. The second double also has a private outdoor space with comfortable seating and spectacular sea views.
Annexe
The twin bedroom has a wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with wc and basin. Please note that this bedroom is situated within an annexe on ground floor level that is separately accessed from the main part of the villa, therefore, it's not suitable for young children. It's best suited to teenagers who would enjoy the independence of being able to come and go as they please.
The utility room, also located in the annex, is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, and cleaning equipment, all of which are available for guests to use.
Outside The Villa
The large infinity-edged pool (approximate dimensions are 8 metres x 4 metres) has sun loungers with parasols spaced around it with steps to access the water as well as a ladder on the other side. There is also a separate jacuzzi pool which is also perfect for small children.
The pool terrace is furnished with two sets of comfortable furniture under a pergola from which to enjoy the beautiful vistas and take advantage of al-fresco dining with a BBQ.
There is also table tennis and table football for guests who like to be a little more energetic!
An external shower is also provided for guests use.
