Overview
The main floor features an open-plan living space with a large sofa, armchair, and Smart TV. A well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances for self-catering, while an adjacent dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests. Large glass sliding doors offer easy access to the pool terrace, and a guest cloakroom is conveniently located on this level.
The villa includes three en-suite bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor and feature private balconies and fitted wardrobes. One of these serves as a master suite with its own wall-mounted TV. Both rooms share access to a covered balcony furnished with a sofa and armchairs. The third bedroom, located on the second floor, can be configured as a twin or double and opens directly onto a spacious roof terrace with a Jacuzzi.
Outdoor living is centred around a freshwater pool that includes shallow-water sun loungers and additional poolside seating with parasols. Guests can enjoy a shaded al-fresco dining area and a comfortable sofa with coffee table set under a pergola. For entertainment, the villa also provides table tennis, while the roof terrace offers extra seating and sun loungers for relaxation.

Ground Floor
The front door leads into an open plan living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need for self-catering. Appliances include a large fridge-freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, gas hob and extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. A dining area is also provided with seating for up to 8 guests.
The living area has a large L-shaped sofa and an armchair spaced around a coffee table with a Smart TV.
The pool terrace can be accessed via large glass sliding doors.
A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.
First Floor
There are two bedrooms on this level - a Master double with an ensuite shower room with wc and basin. Within the room is a fitted wardrobe, a dressing table with chair and a wall mounted TV. Sliding glass doors access the private balcony with 2 chairs and a side table.
The second double bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with wc and basin. Within the room is a fitted wardrobe and dressing table with chair. Sliding glass doors give access to a private balcony with two chairs and a side table.
There is also a shared covered balcony accessed from both bedrooms with a sofa and two armchairs around a coffee table for guests to enjoy.
Second Floor
On the second floor is the third bedroom - this can be configured as a twin or a double on request. There is an en-suite shower room with wc and basin. Within the room is a built in wardrobe and a dressing table with chair.
Sliding glass doors give access to the roof terrace, which is furnished with two loungers and a parasol, 4 chairs and a table, as well as a Jacuzzi bath.
Outside The Villa
Outside the villa is a fresh water pool which features a shallow portion into which two sun loungers are placed. There are a further 4 sun loungers spaced around the pool with parasols.
Under a pergola is a comfortable seating area as well as a shaded al-fresco dining area that seats up to 8 guests.
Table tennis is also provided.
