Overview

Accommodation
Ground Floor
Entering the apartment at the ground floor level, the living room is accessed by a long hallway. The guest bathroom and two good sized bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with en suite shower rooms, lead off it. The double bedroom has its own access to the balcony and both have sea views. The twin can be configured as a double bed if required.
The living space beyond is airy, light and spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table which seats 8 and a flat screen TV with English-speaking channels, Blu Ray DVD player and a sound system. Full-length windows on two sides offer unobstructed views of the harbour and bay. The wrap-around balcony is equipped with a smaller dining table and soft seating, ideal for breakfasting al fresco.
The open plan kitchen stores a range of Bosch appliances including a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. A separate ice maker and water cooler are also provided. Keen cooks will find every kitchen aid they could wish for.
First Floor
The stunning master bedroom suite on this floor deserves a special mention. This enormous living space encompasses the entire upper level and is furnished with a sumptuous 7’ Emperor size bed facing the sea.
Roof Terrace
Its 45m2 roof terrace is furnished with a shaded soft seating area and a dining table to seat 8, with a second full-size barbecue and fridge.
Outside The Apartment
The Penthouse is approached down a flight of private steps from the access road above. These lead to the loveliest pool area exclusively for guests who have booked this apartment, complete with a delightful garden that has been landscaped with rare trees and shrubs, providing a charming backdrop. The pool is also heated by solar panels with steps to enter the warm water.
As well as sun loungers with parasols, there is a shaded area furnished for relaxing and dining and a full-size gas barbecue is provided.
Below The Penthouse, guests are also welcome to use the communal infinity pool and sun loungers, shared with just two other apartments.
