Gul Suite is all on one level accessed up two flights of stairs from the street below.

The front door opens into a large open plan living space with an L-shaped sofa and an armchair spaced around a coffee table with a large Smart TV on the media console unit. Sliding doors give access to the large roof terrace.

Just behind the front door is the kitchen with a glass topped dining table with two chairs. Within the well equipped kitchen is a fridge freezer, gas hob with an extractor fan, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The kitchen sink has a filtration system so guests can drink water straight from the tap.

There is a separate shower room with wc and basin with beautiful blue and grey marble tiles. Just outside the bathroom is a cupboard with the iron and ironing board as well as the washing machine guests are welcome to use.

The bedroom has a double and a single bed, so is ideal for a family or for friends. Within the room is a built in wardrobe with mirrored doors and a dressing table with a stool. There is also a picture window with a blind that looks out over the living area to the roof terrace with sea views.

The apartment has a large covered roof terrace accessed through the glass sliding doors from the living room.

There is a comfortable seating set with two armchairs and a high coffee table to enjoy al fresco dining while enjoying the spectacular views across the old town to the harbour and the islands beyond in Kalkan Bay.

On the terrace is also two sun loungers and a jacuzzi bath with muslin drapes.

A cushioned swing seat is at the end of the terrace - the perfect place to enjoy a book.

The balcony slightly wraps round to the side with a portable BBQ and a clothes line which guests are welcome to use.
