Open plan kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is well-equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven, hob + extractor, microwave and breakfast bar with 4 stools.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat-screen TV + DVD player and direct access to the apartment’s pool terrace.

The master bedroom has a double bed, direct access to the pool terrace and an en-suite shower room.

The twin bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace. This bedroom has use of a shower room next door.

Outside The Apartment

The apartment has its own infinity-edged pool (for sole use of the occupants of this apartment). The pool terrace is spacious and furnished with dining table, 4 sun-loungers, comfortable seating plus small table + chairs.

The pool dimensions are approximately 7 metres x 4 metres (1.8 metres deep).

The views from the pool terrace include both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays with Mouse + Snake Islands in the distance.

Points to note

The apartment has complimentary WiFi connection
A welcome pack is provided on arrival
Pool towels and Hamman towels are provided for guests’ use
Pool heating is available at an additional £200 per week for 2026 stays.
The walk into the centre of the town will take 20-25 minutes. This is downhill all the way, therefore, a taxi back is advisable. These are easily available and reasonably priced
Shopping deliveries can be arranged free of charge
Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (ie - if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
Can be booked in conjunction with Palmy Apartment (next door) for larger parties who want to holiday together but would like to retain their own privacy
