This stylish two-bedroom apartment offers a single-level layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The interior features a spacious open-plan living area and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms—a double and a twin—include private ensuite shower rooms and offer direct access to outdoor spaces. Large sliding doors from the living room open onto an expansive balcony, perfect for al-fresco dining while enjoying breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay and the islands.
As part of a small, exclusive complex, guests have access to a stunning shared infinity pool and a sun terrace equipped with loungers, parasols, and a communal BBQ area. At the back of the apartment, guests can also enjoy their own pool. With its blend of contemporary interiors and magnificent Mediterranean vistas, it provides an ideal base for a coastal getaway.

Apartment Level
The accommodation within the apartment is all on one level and is accessed down a flight of steps from the road above. The front door to this apartment is to the side of the building near the two private pools at the back of the complex.
The front door leads into the dining area with a table and 6 chairs as well as a water cooler for guests use.
Off this entrance hall to the right is the first bedroom - a double with two bedside tables, an armchair and a wardrobe with an integral dressing table with a mirror and stool. There is an ensuite shower room with wc and basin. Sliding doors give access to the large balcony with wonderful sea views.
The second bedroom is a twin just off the dining area at the rear of the apartment. Within the room is a bedside table, a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an armchair by the glass doors that lead out to the back terrace. There is also an ensuite shower room with wc and basin as well as a washing machine for guests use.
Off the dining area, a door leads into the spacious open plan living area at the front of the apartment. This is furnished with two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table and a flat screen TV.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, gas hob with extractor fan, built in microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also a large kitchen island with 2 stools.
Sliding doors from the living area lead directly out onto the spacious balcony with incredible views across the Bay to the islands. On the balcony, are two cushioned armchairs spaced around a coffee table as well as a dining table with 4 chairs for al-fresco dining.
Outside The Apartment
Allegra Four is part of a small complex of 6 apartments that share a large infinity pool and terrace which has sun loungers and parasols available, as well as a covered area with seating and a portable BBQ that guests are welcome to use.
The pool terrace has fabulous views out across the bay towards Mouse and Snake islands and the pool itself has a shallow end with steps to access the water.
In addition to the communal infinity pool, Apartment Allegra Four also benefits from a private pool located at the rear of the property. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, offering a private space to relax and unwind.Location
