Villa Dolphin Bay was completed in May 2015 to the highest specifications by one of the region's top developers. It's main feature is its superb infinity pool with truly amazing views over the Mediterranean.
Dolphin Bay is located in a prestigious position on the Kas Peninsular, which is listed as an area of natural beauty. Wild tortoises meander along the local roads, turtles swim past on a regular basis and occasionally, dolphins can be spotted in the bay in front of the villas.
As mentioned, Dolphin Bay is set within an incredibly stunning location on the Cukurbag Peninsular. The centre of Kas is a short drive or a 10 minute dolmus ride away. Here you will find an array of quaint restaurants, shops, locally made ice creams, cafes and quirky bars. Villa Dolphin Bay is set out over one level and is located in a prestigious position on the Kas Peninsular, which is listed as an area of natural beauty. Wild tortoises meander along the local roads, turtles swim past on a regular basis and occasionally, dolphins can be spotted in the bay in front of the villa.
The living room has two sofas spaced around a coffee table with a decorative fireplace and a large flat screen TV.
The well equipped kitchen has a gas hob with an extractor fan, built in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge-freezer. There is also a kitchen island with 5 bar chairs with glass doors leading out to the pool terrace.
There is also a dining table which seats 8 guests comfortably.
Off the living area are 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and one twin, all with ensuite shower rooms and sea or mountain views. Please note that one of the double bedrooms has a small double bed that measures 140 by 90 cm.Outside The Villa
The infinity-edged pool has a ladder to enter the water with sun loungers spaced around the pool terrace with side tables. There is also a separate jacuzzi as well.
Comfortable seating under a large cantilevered parasol allows guests to enjoy the breathtaking views.
Under a pergola to the side of the villa is a dining table with 8 chairs as well as a BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.
