Access to Water’s Edge 5 is through a wooden gate from the street, where there is plenty of space for parking if you hire a car. There are a few steps down to the covered front door which opens into the open plan living area. 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The living space is open plan with a high wooden ceiling. The sitting room has a sofa against the wall plus a coffee table and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob with an extractor fan and an electric oven below, kettle and sandwich toaster. A small circular dining table with 2 dining chairs is also provided. There are sliding doors to access the pool terrace.

The double bedroom has a dressing table, armchair and built in wardrobe.  The en-suite shower room has a stone bowl basin and a WC.  There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests' use. There are sliding doors to access the pool terrace.

Outside, the salt-water infinity pool has steps leading into the water – a great spot from which to enjoy the views across Kalamar Bay. On the terrace, there are two sun loungers, two armchairs set around a small coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining.
