Villa T’Mo is situated in the heart of Kalkan's Old Town, just minutes away from Kalkan’s harbourside restaurants and town beach and is welcome addition to our programme for 2012.
This charming three-bedroomed villa is fully air-conditioned and offers great views, despite its proximity to the town.
The accommodation is set out as follows:
Ground Floor:
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area – this opens out onto the villa’s pool terrace. The living area has satellite TV + DVD player and the fitted kitchen has modern appliances including cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.
First Floor:
Two double bedrooms and one twin – each with en-suite shower room and balcony.
Oustide the villa:
Spacious terrace with al-fresco dining area. Freshwater pool for sole use (8m x 3.6m – depth, 1.20m – 1.50m). Ample sunbeds and parasols provided.
The villa is next door to Villa Olivia and there are interconnecting steps with a gate between the two properties. This would be useful for large parties if both villas are booked together – however, the gate can be securely locked to provide privacy if it is not required.
