Villa Olivia is situated in the heart of Kalkan's Old Town, just minutes away from Kalkan’s harbourside restaurants and town beach and is a very welcome addition to our programme for 2012.

This substantial four-bedroomed villa is fully air-conditioned and offers great views, despite its proximity to the town.

The accommodation is set out as follows:

Ground Floor:

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area – this opens out onto the villa’s pool terrace. The living area has satellite TV + DVD player and the fitted kitchen has modern appliances including cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.

There is also a shower room and WC on this level.

First Floor:

One double bedroom and one twin – each with en-suite shower room and balcony.

Second Floor:

One double bedroom and one twin – each with en-suite shower room and balcony.

Oustide the villa:

Spacious terrace with al-fresco dining area. Freshwater pool for sole use with roman-style steps (7.5m x 5m – depth, 1.55m – 1.80m). Ample sunbeds and parasols provided.

The villa is next door to Villa T’Mo and there are interconnecting steps with a gate between the two properties. This would be useful for large parties if both villas are booked together – however, the gate can be securely locked to provide privacy if it is not required.
