Villa Hayaat

A stylish five bedroomed semi-detached villa in the Kiziltas are of Kalkan which has been the subject of a complete renovation programme. No expense has been spared with the fixtures and fittings, particularly within the kitchen and the shower rooms.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor:

Open plan living area and fully equipped brand new kitchen. The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a 42” LCD satellite TV + DVD player. The kitchen incorporates electric oven and gas hob, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, granite work surfaces and breakfast bar.

First Floor:

The level has a spacious double bedroom with a large balcony plus a twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a large shower room. 

Second Floor:

This level has two en-suite double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a 32” LCD TV plus a large balcony with great sea views.

Third Floor:

There’s a single bedroom on this level plus a spacious roof terrace with stunning views.

Outside the Villa:

Freshwater pool for sole use, terrace area with sun-loungers. Dining table with seating for 6 guests. Spacious shaded Ottoman-style pergola with ceiling fan.

Other points to note:

• WiFi internet access is available (4gb limit per booking)
• The villa will be cleaned twice weekly and linen changed
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 9).
