Perfectly situated, a brief stroll downhill leads you to three renowned beach clubs—Zest, Denizim, and Palm Beach. The town center is only a 10-12 minute walk away, or you can enjoy a short water taxi ride from one of the beach clubs to the vibrant harbor.

Allow us to guide you through the accommodation:

Ground floor level:

The property can be accessed through two different gates from street level on either side of the property with steps leading to the pool terrace.  The entrance door is at the rear of the villa and this opens into a hallway with a sweeping staircase leading to the floors above and below.

Through an arch from the hallway, you'll discover the open-plan living area, where a large L-shaped sofa invites you to relax around a stylish coffee table. A wall-mounted Smart TV ensures your entertainment needs are met. Nestled within a circular alcove, a round dining table comfortably accommodates eight guests. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a large fridge freezer, built-in microwave and oven, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor fan, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and water cooler. The kitchen island boasts twin sinks and four bar stools. Sliding doors provide seamless access to the pool terrace, granting you breathtaking sea views.

From the hallway, a corridor leads to the first of the villa’s 6 bedrooms.  This double room has an en-suite shower room and built in wardrobes with integrated dressing table and stool.  Sliding doors lead out to the inviting pool terrace.

A separate WC for guests' convenience is also found along this corridor.

First floor:

Ascending to the first floor, you'll encounter 3 tastefully appointed bedrooms – the Master bedroom offers an en-suite shower room with twin basins and within the room, a cosy armchair with a side table provides a tranquil spot in which to relax with a book. The room also has a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and a chest of drawers. Sliding doors lead out to a private balcony furnished with a table and two armchairs which provide sweeping sea views across the whole bay.

Next door, a double bedroom awaits, complete with en-suite shower room. Two armchairs with a table in the alcove and fitted wardrobes provide both comfort and convenience. Sliding doors open to a shared balcony to the side of the villa, providing views of the bay and the pool terrace below. There is a table and two armchairs in which to relax and unwind.

The third bedroom on this floor is at the rear of the villa and is a double with en-suite shower room. Within the room is a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and a small armchair.  Sliding doors lead out to the above-mentioned shared balcony.

For guests' convenience, there is also a separate WC and basin on this level.

Lower ground floor:

Descending the stairs, you'll find a utility room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your use.

This floor accommodates two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower, offering a wardrobe, dressing table with stool, and armchair. Sliding doors open to the lower covered terrace, where sea views await. Two sets of L-shaped sofas with armchairs surrounding a coffee table, invite relaxation in this serene setting.

The second bedroom on this floor is a twin, featuring an en-suite shower room, wardrobe, dressing table with stool, and a small armchair. Sliding doors lead to the lower terrace with its enchanting sea views.

External steps from this level lead up to the pool terrace, while other steps lead down to street level through a gate.

A secluded room accessed through glass doors on this floor offers a serene ambiance with a massage bed and soothing ambient lighting. A small kitchenette with a service hatch to the spa area is available, equipped with a fridge, sink, glasses, cups, and tea and coffee making facilities. Beyond the glass doors, you'll find a seating area boasting a steam room, Turkish hammam, sauna, and a refreshing shower with a wooden bucket device for cooling down.

Additionally, a well-appointed gym is provided, complete with a treadmill, bicycle and stepping machine as well as a vibrating lounger. There is also a wall mounted Smart TV, and glass doors lead to the lower terrace where a Jacuzzi bath (with both hot and cold water supply) can be found.

Outside the villa:

Stepping outside, you'll be captivated by the beautiful infinity-edged pool, offering panoramic views of the bay, harbour and the enchanting Mouse and Snake islands. One end of the pool features steps for easy entry, while the other end has a shallow area with cascading water from the Jacuzzi above.

Around the pool, eight sun loungers are arranged, accompanied by four parasols and side tables. Steps from the pool terrace lead to a cabana-style seating area, where the Jacuzzi and two additional sun loungers await. An L-shaped sofa encircles a coffee table, accompanied by an armchair, offering a heightened vantage point of the bay. Two additional woven seats with a side table provide extra seating options.

Discover a fabulous "outside living room" a few steps above the pool terrace. This elevated space features an overhead fan, a bar with a fridge and sink, and four bar chairs. A comfortable sofa and armchairs encircle a coffee table, complete with a wall-mounted Smart TV and sound system.

Along the covered veranda, you'll find two more seating areas and three swing seats, each offering breathtaking views of the sea. A dining table, extendable to accommodate 12 guests, and a stone-built BBQ allow for unforgettable al-fresco dining experiences.

Points to note:

• The villa is fully air-conditioned as well as fans in most of the bedrooms (except those on the first floor, which are equipped with air-conditioning only)
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Guests at this villa receive discounted rates at Zest Beach Club (please show your booking confirmation to Zest Beach Club staff and you'll receive 20% discount on your final bill)
• WiFi internet connection is provided inside the villa as well as on the terraces
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• There is a hairdryer available for guests’ use in the dressing table drawer in each of the bedrooms
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis, so if staying for 2 weeks, you will receive a mid-stay clean and linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be organised by arrangement and at additional cost
• The pool can be heated - please ask for rates
