Villa Meltem Villa Meltem

Villa Meltem is an extremely well-appointed detached villa on a spacious corner plot, within a 10 minute walk of central Kalkan.

 

This distinctive architect-designed villa has wonderful sea and mountain views, is fully air-conditioned and is tastefully furnished.

 

The ground floor is split-level and comprises a spacious and modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

 

The kitchen is extremely well-fitted and includes gas hob, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer and large bottled water pump. On the lower level of the villa, there’s a utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

 

The living/dining area is open plan with views out over the pool area. It features a TV area with one over-sized sofa and a large chair plus satellite TV. There is second sofa near to the TV area for those that prefer to sit and read and in addition, there is a floor seating area with rug and cushions.


There is also a WC on this level.

  

Villa Meltem also benefits from having a WiFi internet connection.

 

The villa has three bedrooms, details for which are as follows:

 

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, own balcony, walk in wardrobe, en-suite with bath, WC and sink. The bathroom benefits from fabulous sea views.

 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is twin bedded, with en-suite shower room, WC and sink, own balcony.

 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite shower room with WC and sink, own balcony.

 

Outside the villa:

 

The villa has a very large private pool with shaded seats within the pool for use on very hot days. The pool has tiled stairs into the pool for easy access.

 

There’s also a children's paddling pool separate from the main pool.

 

There are six sun beds with deep cushioned mattresses around the pool and tables and chairs for al fresco dining that can seat up to 8-10.

 

The pool boasts uninterrupted sea and mountain views and the gardens that surround the villa are well-established, featuring pomegranate trees, rosemary bushes, prickly pear cacti, lemon trees and bougainvillea.

 

Other points to note:

 

WiFi internet access is provided.

 

Beach towels are provided for guests’ use.

 

A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis.

 

A BBQ is provided.

 

A land-line telephone is provided for free local calls – in addition, a local mobile phone with sim card can be made available for rent if required.

 

The 7th and 8th guests (if applicable) will be accommodated on sofa-beds in the living area of the villa (additional charges apply - please see below).

May + October       £880 per week
June + September       £990 per week
July + August       £1350 per week

Prices shown are for the villa per week and are based on 6 people sharing. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people - the 7th and 8th guests will be accommodated on the sofa-beds in the living area. There will be an additional charge of £50 per additional person per week.
 
Please note: Monday changeover is preferred, however this can be flexible at the owner's discretion.
