Villa Beloulou

We are delighted to offer this spacious three bedroom detached villa in a convenient position along Kalkan’s Kalamar Road.

Kalkan town centre is an approximate 15-20 minute walk away via the relatively level Kalamar Road. En-route to town, are a good selection of shops, popular cafes and restaurants. Within a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction, is Kalamar Bay and the ever-popular Kalamar Beach Club.

A dolmus runs past the villa on an hourly basis and this will take you straight into the centre of Kalkan town (and back again).

The villa is fully air-conditioned and is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor

Open plan living area with comfortable seating, satellite TV with built-in DVD player and a CD player. WiFi internet access is also provided together with a landline phone that will enable you to make local calls (handy for calling a taxi, or ordering a takeaway). A door opens out onto the al-fresco dining area.

The kitchen is well-equipped and includes cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

There is an open plan indoor dining area which will accommodate 6 guests.

In addition, there is also a WC on this level.

First Floor

There are two bedrooms on this floor – one is a double with an en-suite bathroom containing a Jacuzzi bath. This bathroom also contains a cupboard which houses a washing machine. This bedroom has a sea view balcony with two director’s chairs and a small table.

The other bedroom is a twin with an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has a smaller sea view balcony with a director’s chair.

Second Floor

There is one bedroom on this floor – a double with and en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to the roof terrace which has panoramic views.

Outside the villa

Spacious terrace furnished with ample sun loungers and parasols. Freshwater pool. Shaded al-fresco dining area. Mature gardens to the side and rear of the villa.The terrace has lovely views out towards Mouse and Snake islands.
