Patara Prince Villa (1)

This luxury two-storey stone villa is within the exclusive Patara Prince Resort with its unusual architecture, mature landscaped gardens, 3 outdoor pools and many other amenities (listed below). 

Every room has a sea view and the villa is very tastefully decorated throughout having undergone a complete renovation in recent months.  

An elegant spiral staircase leads to two large double bedrooms which are are fashionably decorated and furnished. These offer plenty of natural light and more of those views.  The main bedroom also has a large LCD TV and the luxurious bathroom areas offer wet room or shower cubicle. 

The outdoor terrace area has dining space for 6 and plenty of sun loungers as well as a covered space to cool off with a refreshing drink and take in the views of the bay and harbour.

Guests at this villa will benefit from a 25% discount on some additional facilities, such as treatments at the on-site health spa, gym and beauty salon.

A 10 minute ride in a water taxi will take you to Kalkan harbour – from here you have access to Kalkan’s numerous atmospheric bars and restaurants. Alternatively, you can drive to Kalkan in 5 minutes.

• 2 bedrooms (both doubles) all with sea views. The master bedroom has a comfortable seating area and flatscreen TV
• 3 shower/wet rooms
• Spacious open-plan living / dining / kitchen area. The living area has a 42 inch LCD TV,  DVD player and stereo sound system and the modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob
• Patio doors to a terrace area with dining table, sunbeds, comfortable seating area + BBQ. 
• Air-conditioning throughout
• Weekly clean and linen change (please bring your own towels for the poolside / beach)
• Access to the resorts many facilities (see below)

Please note: Owing to the fact that the Patara Prince Resort is built on a fairly steep hillside, there are lots of steps to negotiate and this property would not suit people with walking difficulties.
