Blue Olive Villas

We are pleased to add to our portfolio, the Blue Olive Villas, two semi-detached 5-bedroomed villas in an extremely convenient but tranquil location.

Surrounded by ancient olive trees, the Blue Olive Villas are only an 5-10 minute walk away from the centre of Kalkan Village and offer magnificent views over Kalkan Bay towards Snake and Mouse Islands,

Each villa can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests and is fully air-conditioned. Both properties have been furnished to the highest standard in a contemporary style with great attention to detail.

If you’re looking to accommodate a large family group in an extremely convenient location, the villas would be ideal if booked together.

Each villa is arranged as follows:

• Open plan living / kitchen / dining area on the lower ground floor – the living area opens out onto the pool terrace 
• Satellite TV in the living area with DVD player
• The kitchen is well equipped and features granite worktops and modern appliances including coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine 
• There is a WC + shower room on the lower ground floor, together with a utility area

The bedrooms in each villa are configured as follows:

• Twin bedroom with en-suite facilities on the lower ground floor with wrap-around balcony 
• Single bedroom on the ground floor (a WC is adjacent and shower facilities are available on the lower ground floor) 
• Master double bedroom on the first floor with en-suite facilities and balcony 
• Twin bedroom on the second floor with en-suite facilities and balcony
• Twin bedroom on the 3^rd floor with with access to the roof terrace

Outside the villa:

• Large pool – this is shared between the two villas, but in some cases, we can arrange for the pool to be for sole use of one villa. Please ask for details. 
• Spacious sun terrace 
• Poolside dining areas (one for each villa – each one seats 6 people)
• Roof terrace – each villa has its own area of the roof terrace with a table and chairs to seat 6 
• Beautiful lush gardens 
• BBQ area

Prices

Prices are for each villa per week (maximum number of guests - 9 per villa).
