Villas Olivia, Pearl + T'Mo

Three villas situated within the same development in the heart of Kalkan's Old Town. The villas are within close proximity to one another (Olivia and T'Mo have interconnecting terraces). Villas Olivia and Pearl each have 4 bedrooms and T'Mo has 3. If all three are booked together, then they'll accommodate a total of 22 guests.

Kiziltas Villas

Two adjacent 5-bedroomed villas which will accommodated up to 20 guests in total. Each villa has its own infinity-edged pool. Approximately 10 minutes' walk from Kalkan town centre.

Villas Doruk, Sena + Badem

Three adjacent detached villas situated in the heart of Kalkan's Old Town. Villas Sena and Doruk each have 5 bedrooms and Villa Badem has 3.

Blue Olive Villas

Two semi-detached 5-bedroomed villas with one large shared pool and terrace area. The villas will accommodate up to 18 guests in total. Approximately 5-10 minutes' walk from Kalkan town centre.

Elvina Villas (Abriana + Dahna)

Two adjacent 3-bedroomed villas in front of the popular Elvina apartment complex. Both villas will accommodate up to 12 guests and the apartments can also be booked for additional people if required. Approximately 12-15 minutes' walk from Kalkan town centre.

The Blue Collection

A collection of three detached villas within the same development. Villa Star has 2 bedrooms, Villas Blue and Dream each have 5 bedrooms. In total, the villas can accommodate up to 27 guests. Approximately 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Kalkan town.

Villas Selen + Sencer

Two 4-bedroomed detached villas in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. Each has its own infinity-edged pool and stunning views. Both villas combined can accommodate 16 guests. Approximately 20 minutes' walk from central Kalkan.

Villa Kaplumbaga + Kingfisher

Two 4-bedroomed villas in the Kisla area of Kalkan each with its own pool. In total, the villas can accommodate up to 17 guests - 8 in Villa Kaplumbaga and 9 in Villa Kingfisher (the 9th in Villa Kingfisher would be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area). The villas are a water taxi ride away from Kalkan harbour and just 3 minutes' walk from the sea front.
