We are delighted to offer the Villa Angel Penthouse, one of two striking properties situated within an oasis of calm and tranquility, but just a few minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of Kalkan village, so no need for taxi’s or a hire car.

The property owner has worked in close conjunction with his architect to create two highly individual and stylish properties that will suit the most discerning of tastes. It is very difficult to categorise these properties because they're not 'villas' in the conventional sense as they're not detached properties with their own private pools, however, they cannot be classed as mere apartments either.

The Villa Angel Penthouse is situated close to the Villa Angelo Duplex - the villas are either side of the shared pool, so if you’re two families or two couples who wish to holiday together but still want your own space and privacy, why not book the two properties together?

The properties are set within lush, well-established walled gardens and overlook a huge shared pool, which is probably one of the largest in Kalkan. The pool also incorporates a shaded Jacuzzi area.

The Villa Angel penthouse is situated on the first floor and is all on one level. Steps lead up to the front door and French doors open out from the living area onto a private sunbathing and dining terrace. In addition to this, there is a huge top terrace that runs the whole length of the penthouse, with stunning views over Kalkan and a fabulous ‘chill out’ seating area – perfect for enjoying a pre-dinner tipple before heading off to dinner!

The Villa Angel Penthouse can accommodate up to 4 guests and features include:

• 2 bedrooms – one with king-sized bed and the other with twin beds
• 2 shower rooms – one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom

• Discounts are available if booking more than two weeks - please enquire
