Victoria Apartment

A very well presented 2-bedroomed apartment in an extremely convenient location in the heart of Kalkan’s ‘old town’. The property has beautiful sea views and the town beach and harbour are a few minutes’ walk away. The complex has a communal pool which is shared with just two other apartments.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is laid out as follows:

Open plan living / dining / kitchen area. A CD player is provided in the living area together with comfortable seating and a selection of books. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a table + chairs to seat 4 people. Double doors lead out onto a spacious terrace style balcony that runs across the whole width of the apartment. This is furnished with a further dining table and parasol for al-fresco meal.

One double bedroom - With access to the above-mentioned terrace style balcony.

One twin bedroom - With smaller balcony.

One Bathroom - With bath and screened shower, WC and basin.

Outside the apartment – The apartment shares a pool with just two other apartments and there are 4 sun loungers allocated to Apartment Victoria’s guests plus 2 parasols. The apartment is easily accessed from the rear and there are no stairs to negotiate. Parking spaces are available also.

Other information - A hair-dryer is provided in the double bedroom. WiFi internet access is planned for May 2012.
