Rumi Penthouse Apartment is a very welcome new addition to our portfolio of luxury apartments. With its fabulous central location, large roof terrace, stunning sea views and superb decor, Rumi Penthouse Apartment is a beautiful and elegantly styled holiday home that's sure to be very popular with our guests.
Set over two floors, each level is extremely spacious with floor to ceiling picture windows drawing in plenty of natural light and the apartment is also fully air-conditioned throughout.
Lower level:
3 en-suite bedrooms are located on this floor. Each room has a balcony and ultra-modern modern bathrooms.
The first of the three bedrooms is a spacious double, with large picture windows and balcony. The second is also a spacious double bedroom with similar features to the first and the third is a twin bedroom which is also as spacious as the other two rooms.
The en-suite bathrooms are beautifully decorated with floor to ceiling marble and each has a walk-in shower.
Upper level:
An attractive wooden staircase leads you upstairs to a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen with island/breakfast bar and lounge area with flat screen TV.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes an espresso coffee machine and water cooler as well as fridge-freezer, oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher and washing machine. A guest cloakroom is also provided on this level.
The living area looks out via a large landscape picture window onto the apartment's outdoor terrace and to the sea beyond.
Outside:
The large open terrace can be accessed from the lounge and via large sliding patio windows from the kitchen area.
The terrace has great views of Kalkan bay, a dining area, good sized plunge pool, 4 sun-loungers, 2 parasols, poolside shower and BBQ.
