The Olive Tree Duplex apartment is situated within a small development of four privately owned apartments and has wonderful views over Kalkan village and bay.

The apartment is luxuriously furnished, fully air-conditioned and occupies the ground and first floor of a building that houses a total of two apartments.

It has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), open plan living / dining / kitchen area, two shower rooms, three balconies, large shared pool with communal terrace area plus a secluded terrace area just outside the apartment.

The complex itself is in a tranquil location and is surrounded by lush gardens.

The walk into the centre of Kalkan village will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes – this is downhill all the way, so bear in mind, it’s uphill all the way back. Taxi’s are readily available should you not wish to walk – a mobile telephone is provided which you can use to call a taxi as and when required.
