We are delighted to offer these luxury suites in the prestigious Kormurluk area of Kalkan (to the east of the harbour and old town), just 150 metres back from the coastline. 

The walk to Kalkan’s the harbour area (with its array of quality restaurants) will take approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can access the harbour via free water taxi from nearby Palm Beach Club. This beach club offers direct access to the sea via a spacious sundeck and small private beach. Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire and the beach club also has an excellent sea view restaurant.

The suites offer the most spectacular uninterrupted views over Kalkan village and bay and are in the process of being constructed by one of the area’s well-respected developers using the very best quality materials and 'green' solar energy. The suites have a contemporary design and will be fully completed and ready for rentals from 1st July 2012.

There are six suites available for rent, in two blocks of three. Each block has its own infinity pool and terrace area with ample sun-loungers and parasols. In addition, there is a BBQ area set within the gardens featuring a shaded pergola.

Each of the suites is luxuriously furnished and features floor to ceiling windows and glass frontages that make the most of the panoramic sea views from every angle. The views can even be enjoyed from the shower rooms! 

Each suite is set out as follows: 

• Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has satellite TV and DVD player and the kitchen is equipped with cooker, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge-freezer.
• Two bedrooms (one double and one twin) each with en-suite shower room. Each bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen TV.
• Separate WC next to living area.
• Balconies or terraces with views over pool area and across Kalkan Bay.

Other points to note: 

• Secure parking within a closed basement garage is provided
• WiFi internet access is provided 
• The apartments are fully air-conditioned 
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival 
• A twice weekly clean and linen change is provided

Prices are per apartment per week (maximum number of guests per apartment - 4).

Saturday or Monday changeovers preferred but some flexibility can be allowed depending on availability and owner's discretion.
