We are delighted to add this spacious 2-bedroom apartment to our portfolio for the 2024 season.
At this elevated level, the apartment offers breath-taking sea views and is very centrally located near the Kalkan Regency Hotel - so a relatively flat 7-10 minute walk to the Old Town.
This property is part of the Oliver Apartments with a wonderful round communal pool and plenty of sun loungers for all guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
The property is accessed from the street up two flights of steps and can also be accessed from the street below past the pool terrace.
Once through the entrance door, you enter a light and spacious open plan living area. The sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table. There is also a flat screen TV offering English Channels and a DVD player (with a selection of DVD's available) plus a Bluetooth sound system as well.
Sliding doors lead to the balcony with incredible sea views of Kalkan Bay. On the private covered balcony is a small dining table with 4 chairs and 2 wicker armchairs with a side table to enable you to make the most of the views.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee bean grinder, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and water cooler. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs.
At the rear of the apartment is a twin bedroom with views of the olive groves. Within the room is a bedside table with lamp, wardrobe and dressing table with a stool. Guests using this bedroom have use of the adjacent shower room next with WC and basin.
First floor:
At the top of the stairs is a utility room with a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board for guests’ use.
The double bedroom is under high eaves with wooden beams and sliding doors give access to the apartment’s roof terrace. Within the room there are two bedside tables with lamps, an armchair, wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a mirror as well as a free-standing full-length mirror. Occupants of this bedroom have use of the generous sized shower room with twin basins just across the hallway.
The roof terrace is furnished with a sofa and two chairs with cushions set around a coffee table plus a parasol for shade - the perfect place to take in the panoramic views and enjoy a sun downer before heading into town for dinner.
There are also 3 cushioned sun loungers with a parasol to make the most of the afternoon sun.
Outside the apartment:
The apartment shares the large round pool below with roman steps for access into the water.
On the terrace surrounding the pool, there are plenty of sun loungers with parasols for guests to use. There are also seating areas offered as well.
