Elvina Apartments

THE ELVINA APARTMENT COMPLEX

A uniquely designed development of 16 apartments just 12 – 15 minutes walk from Kalkan’s town centre. The complex benefits from spacious sun terraces with attractively landscaped garden areas but it’s main feature is its stunning pool which is approximately 45 metres in length and runs across the whole width of the complex.

In addition to this, some of the apartments have their own private pools + terraces and some have direct access down to the main complex pool from their terraces.

All of the apartments are fully air-conditioned and face south, making the most of the Kalkan sun from early morning to late afternoon.

The complex also benefits from having a poolside bar that serves snacks and drinks throughout the day.

There are three different types of apartment within the complex:

TYPE 1) Duplex Apartments with direct access to pool from own terrace

These are spacious duplex apartments with stunning views over Kalkan Bay. Each sleeps 4-5.

Each apartment features an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.

The living area contains a double sofa bed and has floor to ceiling glass doors which make the most of the sea views.  These doors lead out onto the apartment’s private sun terrace, which in turn leads down to the apartment’s infinity pool which is shared with just one other apartment on the complex.

On the first floor of the apartment, are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Each bedroom has a balcony with sea views. The apartment has two shower rooms.

In addition to benefitting from their own private terraces and pools, guests at these apartments are able to use the extremely spacious shared sun terrace with its landscaped gardens and uniquely designed pool that runs across the whole width of the complex.

Please note that the 5^th guest (if applicable) will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area.

TYPE 2) Duplex Apartments with direct access to communal pool from own terrace

These apartments are configured in the same way as above, but instead of having their own pool, they each have direct access to the main complex pool from their own terraces.

TYPE 3) Duplex Penthouse Apartments

These are spacious duplex apartments with fabulous views over Kalkan Bay. Each sleeps 4-5.

Each of these apartments feature an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and shower room. The living area contains a double sofa bed and has floor to ceiling glass doors which make the most of the sea views. Owing to the apartments' elevated position, the views over the bay are stunning.

On the first floor of each apartment, are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and access to a spacious wrap-around balcony with stunning sea views. The twin bedroom also has a balcony and use of a separate shower room.

Please note that the 5^th guest (if applicable) will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area.

TYPE 4) Single Storey Apartments

These spacious apartments are all on one level and have with stunning views over Kalkan Bay. Each one sleeps 4-5.

Each apartment features an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living area contains a double sofa bed and has floor to ceiling glass doors which make the most of the sea views. These doors lead out onto a spacious balcony.

The apartments have two bedrooms, one double and one twin. These bedrooms share a fully-tiled shower room.

Please note that the 5^th guest (if applicable) will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area.
