We are pleased to offer these luxurious and spacious apartments that are in an enviable location, close to Kalkan town centre.
There are just five contemporary apartments within the development. Apartments 1, 3 + 5 have 3 bedrooms and apartment 2 has 2 bedrooms.
Apartment numbers 4 + 5 are penthouse duplexes, each with its own plunge pool and stunning views from the upper terrace (pool sizes are approximately 2.3m x 4.2m).
Apartment numbers 1 + 3 are lower duplexes and each of these also has its own large pool and spacious terrace area (pool sizes are approximately 8.3m x 4.2m).

This apartment has two levels - the lower ground floor has three light and airy bedrooms and the living area (entry level) occupies the upper ground floor. This level has access to a very spacious and sunny terrace with large pool for sole use. An al-fresco dining area is also situated on the pool terrace (to seat up to 6 people) plus a comfortable corner seating set. The lower level has access to a terrace area - this is secluded and affords some shade in the afternoon.
The living area of the apartment has comfortable seating with flatscreen TV and DVD player and an open plan kitchen with with breakfast bar, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, plus a Nespresso Coffee machine (small pods) There is a dining area to seat up to 8 people.
The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Bedroom 1 - double bed, with en-suite shower room. Large patio doors leading to garden terrace area.
Bedroom 2 - double (superking), with en-suite shower room. Large patio doors leading to garden terrace area.
Bedroom 3 - double bed. Large patio doors leading to garden terrace area.
Bedrooms 3 has the use of the family bathroom.
Please note, bedroom 2 can also be configured as a twin if required.
8.3m x 4.2m private pool
A hair dryer is provided in each bedroom.
A separate shower room is located on this level, adjacent to bedroom 3. A washing machine is also located on this level.

Book this as soon as possible. It is a real gem. We booked the duplex apartment for 1 week in July an from start to finish it was excellent. Debbie communicated well and answered all questions quickly and fully. We had a smooth arrival and we more than pleasantly surprised. Often the pictures do not reflect what you find but it was exactly as the pictures show. 3 double bedrooms with terraces which we only used for hanging clothes as upstairs was so wonderful. 3 bathrooms, all great and not issue. You do need to go downstairs to use the bathroom and so drying off is recommended. There is no access to the bathrooms without going through the apartment. We spent all our time outside, eating, swimming and relaxing. it is a close walk to shops, restaurants and the town. We have spent time in Kalkan and stayed in different hotels. This was a welcome change and we have already recommended it to friends.
We stayed at the apartment in May this year with our family including our 1 year old daughter, and we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Kalkan. It was a great location just a short walk into the main town (the quickest walk back is a steep hill but it’s not a long walk at all). We had everything we needed for our daughter including a cot and highchair which was a big plus. The facilities were great with plenty of sun beds and places to sit and eat both inside and outside, a lovely clean pool and all the kitchen utilities we needed for a few lunches. We hardly noticed any neighbours and felt like we were staying in our own villa which was brilliant for the price we paid. Other positives were - water tank with nice cold water, bedrooms were downstairs so stayed pretty cool at night, very helpful welcome basket!

We stayed at the gorgeous Serena Apartment in August, it was our first time in our own villa with our teenage daughters and I did worry how we would find it just being ‘us’ as we usually stay on a small complex. We all absolutely loved it. The villa was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is also the main bathroom so we all had our own bathrooms! With teenage girls this was a brilliant bonus! The pool is fantastic, it was always cool which was very surprising considering it was 40 degrees most days so was a godsend. The sunbeds were the comfiest ever and there are plenty of umbrellas to put up for shade. The outside seating area was wonderful to sit at each evening having pre going out drinks. It is just a 10 minute stroll into the old town so we never needed a taxi. We cannot recommend Serena Apartment enough, and we will definitely be booking it for our next stay in Kalkan. Debbie the owner was fantastic from start to finish with the booking process and the security deposit refunded just days after our return which we’ve never experienced before, we normally have to wait a couple of weeks! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we can’t wait to stay again in the future.

Ekin 3 is the largest of the apartments and has two levels - the lower ground floor has three light and airy bedrooms and the living area (entry level) occupies the upper ground floor. This level has access to a very spacious and sunny terrace with large pool for sole use. An al-fresco dining area is also situated on the pool terrace together with an ottoman-style seating area - perfect for escaping the midday sun or for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The lower level has access to a pretty second terrace and garden area - this is secluded and affords some shade in the afternoon so it's another ideal place to relax.
The living area of the apartment has comfortable seating with flatscreen TV and DVD player plus Ipod docking station and an open plan kitchen with with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is a dining area to seat 6 people.

This penthouse apartment occupies two levels - there are three bedrooms on the lower level and an open plan kitchen and living area occupies the top level.
The upper floor has access to a stunning terrace which features fabulous views and a private swirling plunge pool with built-in seating (approximately 4.5m x 2.5m). Sunloungers, comfy bean-bags and parasols are provided.
The living area of the apartment has a seating area with flatscreen TV and DVD player and an open plan kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A dining area that seats 6 is provided. There is a WC with handbasin and vanity unit just off the living area and a washing machine is located under the stairs.
The bedrooms in Ekin 5 are configured as follows:
Bedroom 1 - double bed, with en-suite shower room. Balcony with sea views.
